You will serve as a Lead Firefighter (Basic Life Support/ HAZMAT technician) in the Fire and Emergency services department of NAS SIGONELLA.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Controlling or extinguishing fires; 2) Performing rescue operations; 3) Detecting, reducing, or eliminating potential fire hazards; 4) Performing noninvasive emergency medical procedures; 5) Driving and operating firefighting vehicles and 6) Performing work at airfields handling aircraft carrying large volumes of fuel, sometimes nuclear weapons or highly flammable or explosive cargo. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
